What to do is a healthy morning routine?

Below, I reveal the 5 most important actions to take every morning to start the day with a healthy note:

 

1. Drink water

Immediately after waking up, drink 16 ounces of water.

When you go for 8 hours without drinking water due to sleep, you are slightly dehydrated.

Dehydration can be reversed immediately by drinking water that eventually prevents fatigue, headaches, lethargy, joint pain and more.
